Senior Identity DevOps Engineer / IAM Architect (IAM): Supporting and evolving enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms with an accent on Ping Identity technologies and cloud-native infrastructure. Focus on modernizing the IAM ecosystem, improving resiliency through automation, and integrating complex hybrid identity environments.
Location: Remote, United States (Ability to work onsite as necessary)

What you will do
- Support and evolve enterprise IAM and SSO platforms, focusing on resiliency and user experience.
- Implement and manage Ping Identity technologies, including PingFederate, PingOne SSO/MFA, and DaVinci.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) within hybrid identity environments.
- Develop custom PCVs, data stores, and complex federation integrations.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Helm, GKE, and Jenkins.
- Provide high-level production support, troubleshooting, and on-call operational assistance.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of hands-on IAM engineering and support experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with PingFederate, PingOne, and DaVinci.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with GKE, Terraform, Helm, Git, and Jenkins.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with PingCentral and PingProtect / PingOne Protect.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Oracle IAM technologies (OIM, OAG).
- Experience supporting global application onboarding and SSO enablement.
