Location: Must be local to Patrick SFB, FL or Arlington, VA; onsite support may be required based on mission needs.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines supporting cloud-native applications and services.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Integrate security controls and DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support the deployment and operation of containerized workloads using Docker and Helm.
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient system designs.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship with an active DoW clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• CompTIA Security+ certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field (preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP services: Cloud Run, Dataflow, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, or BigQuery.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps or Security Engineer certifications.
• Familiarity with RMF, NIST 800-53, or security compliance frameworks.
• Experience with STIGs and securing systems in classified environments.
