What you will do

• Design, deploy, and administer secure AWS environments following architecture best practices.
• Develop and support serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Amazon Connect.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation to maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce encryption, compliance, and governance standards.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using Amazon Bedrock and integrate cloud-native services.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems with 3+ years of hands-on AWS development/administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, API integrations, and serverless applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and scripting (Python/Bash).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification required.
• Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Must be willing to relocate if the role converts to fully onsite.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt-based solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience with FinOps and cost optimization practices.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect certification.
