TL;DR

Senior Renewals Specialist (SaaS): Managing and executing high-touch contract renewals to protect recurring revenue and fuel growth with an accent on Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Focus on identifying churn risks, leading value-based negotiations, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive expansions.

Location: Must be based in the US. Remote options available only for candidates in PA, OH, NC, FL, GA, or TX. Hybrid options available at State College, PA headquarters.

What you will do

  • Lead high-touch renewal portfolios, aligning software solutions to business goals to protect contract value.
  • Identify risk indicators early and proactively drive remediation efforts to reduce churn.
  • Translate customer usage insights into growth opportunities, including expansions, price adjustments, and migrations.
  • Maintain a disciplined, audit-ready pipeline and reliable forecasting within the CRM.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to ensure seamless renewal outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or quota-carrying customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong outcomes in GRR, NRR, and churn prevention.
  • Strong understanding of subscription contracts, pricing models, and value-based customer negotiations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
