What you will do

• Translate business problems into clear data product use cases and scalable data solutions
• Define and standardize metric definitions and semantic layers to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design, build, and optimize reusable datasets
• Manage the operational lifecycle of data products, including updates and performance tracking
• Drive adoption of standardized datasets through documentation and enablement materials

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Product Manager, Data Strategist, or in a product-oriented data environment
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and analytics workflows
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured product requirements
• Strong understanding of business metrics such as ARR, Churn, NRR, and LTV:CAC
• Experience maintaining documentation in tools like Confluence
• Must be based in Canada (East Coast)

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS with knowledge of GTM and Quote-to-Cash processes
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with AI-powered analytics tools such as Databricks Genie
• Technical background in SQL or analytics engineering
• Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, or other GTM/Finance systems
