What you will do

• Define and own the Market Data Feeds product roadmap, balancing feed quality, coverage, and commercial ROI with measurable success criteria.
• Own feed builds end-to-end: vendor sourcing, data modeling, and production delivery.
• Develop solutions to improve market data operations and deepen integration of Market and Reference Data across hirify.global products.
• Identify and close market data coverage gaps by partnering with clients, sales, and data operations.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor licensing terms and entitlement workflows to make sourcing/onboarding decisions with clear contractual and cost visibility.
• Partner with licensing and finance to evaluate sourcing decisions against profitability and oversee key licensing transitions; communicate dataset changes with GTM, Sales, and Support.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Extensive experience in product management with strong understanding of user workflows.
• Deep familiarity with market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG, S&P, Morningstar) and how to source and implement their content.
• Domain expertise in market data processing, entitlement workflows, security mastering, and the financial data ecosystem.
• Experience building and launching commercial data products in financial services, including data governance practices.
• Practical SQL skills; knowledge of Python and Databricks is a plus. Experience using AI tools to drive PM outcomes.
