What you will do

• Translate raw alternative datasets into scalable, agent-ready data products.
• Design methodologies for combining, normalizing, and interpreting disparate data sources.
• Define valid query patterns, edge cases, and methodological guardrails for the Insight Agent.
• Partner with Data Engineering to shape source data pipelines and ensure high data quality.
• Translate customer needs into scalable data models and new agent capabilities.
• Manage incident response for data quality issues and methodology changes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• No visa sponsorship available
• 3–6 years of experience in data product management, analytics engineering, or data science.
• Strong fluency in SQL and experience with data pipelines and schema management.
• Deep experience with alternative, panel, or complex data sources.
• Proven track record of cross-functional coordination between technical and commercial teams.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with AI/ML products or LLM-based agents.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks for AI models.
