What you will do
- Provide remote and in-person technical support for PCs, mobile devices, and virtual machines.
- Manage user accounts, including permissions, network access, and password resets.
- Perform hardware replacements and deploy new workstations.
- Log and track technical issues using the Jira Helpdesk system.
- Test in-house developed applications and provide training to end-users.
- Collaborate with supervisors, vendors, and agencies to resolve technical escalations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Tampa, FL
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience (military experience accepted).
- Overall 2+ years of experience in computer support.
- Knowledge of networked computer systems, operations, terminology, and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot applications and interpret computer error messages.
