Salary: $115,440 - $186,160 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute collections strategies across all delinquency stages to improve cure and roll rates.
- Partner cross-functionally to design, test, and optimize treatment strategies using data-driven insights.
- Monitor strategy performance and recommend enhancements to drive sustainable business outcomes.
- Act as the primary regulatory interface on risk issues for a key business segment.
- Represent the business on corporate initiatives and provide direction in complex risk situations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL or SAS for ETL processes and relational database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience with analytical tools such as SAS Enterprise Miner, FICO Model Builder, or Python.
- Must be based in or able to work in the Wilmington, Delaware / greater Philadelphia area.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working on large portfolio credit card collections strategies.
- Experience with CHAID or similar analytical modeling techniques.
