What you will do

• Develop and execute collections strategies across all delinquency stages to improve cure and roll rates.
• Partner cross-functionally to design, test, and optimize treatment strategies using data-driven insights.
• Monitor strategy performance and recommend enhancements to drive sustainable business outcomes.
• Act as the primary regulatory interface on risk issues for a key business segment.
• Represent the business on corporate initiatives and provide direction in complex risk situations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL or SAS for ETL processes and relational database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with analytical tools such as SAS Enterprise Miner, FICO Model Builder, or Python.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Wilmington, Delaware / greater Philadelphia area.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working on large portfolio credit card collections strategies.
• Experience with CHAID or similar analytical modeling techniques.
