What you will do
- Develop and manage credit risk strategies across the entire card lifecycle, including underwriting, pricing, and collections.
- Lead a team of analysts to set analytical agendas and translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy risk and performance prediction models using AI and automation.
- Design A/B tests to evaluate credit risk and return tradeoffs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to implement strategy changes.
- Establish performance monitoring frameworks and maintain accountability for key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk analytics and risk management.
- Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in analytical tools including SQL, SAS, Python, R, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with risk scoring, regression modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience working with credit bureau data, cash flow attributes, and alternate data sources.
- MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics.
