What you will do

• Develop and manage credit risk strategies across the entire card lifecycle, including underwriting, pricing, and collections.
• Lead a team of analysts to set analytical agendas and translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy risk and performance prediction models using AI and automation.
• Design A/B tests to evaluate credit risk and return tradeoffs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to implement strategy changes.
• Establish performance monitoring frameworks and maintain accountability for key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk analytics and risk management.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in analytical tools including SQL, SAS, Python, R, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with risk scoring, regression modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience working with credit bureau data, cash flow attributes, and alternate data sources.
• MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics.
