Salary: 100,000 - 170,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Develop and enhance credit strategies for revolving and installment products using advanced underwriting techniques.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to execute and rollout new credit initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership on product design and post-launch performance.
• Manage the Investment Review Sub-Committee credit process for deal review.
• Analyze portfolio nuances to determine how acquisition actions impact overall profitability.
• Act as a liaison between Credit and Sales teams to resolve provider inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in strategic analytical, commercial Credit/Risk, Finance, or Analytics roles.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing large data sets using SAS, R, or Python.
• 2+ years of proficiency with SQL.
• Experience operating at a strategic level within cross-functional teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship available.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or MBA with an advanced analytic focus.
• Experience with Machine Learning or Big Data to optimize credit strategies.
• Proven track record in developing Consumer Credit Risk Strategies.
• Knowledge of commercial lending products and practices.
