TL;DR
AVP, Portfolio Credit Manager (Fintech): Development and monitoring of revolving and installment credit products for the Health & Wellness Network with an accent on credit and operational risk evaluation. Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be authorized to work in the US
Salary: 100,000 - 170,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Develop and enhance credit strategies for revolving and installment products using advanced underwriting techniques.
- Collaborate with strategy teams to execute and rollout new credit initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership on product design and post-launch performance.
- Manage the Investment Review Sub-Committee credit process for deal review.
- Analyze portfolio nuances to determine how acquisition actions impact overall profitability.
- Act as a liaison between Credit and Sales teams to resolve provider inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in strategic analytical, commercial Credit/Risk, Finance, or Analytics roles.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing large data sets using SAS, R, or Python.
- 2+ years of proficiency with SQL.
- Experience operating at a strategic level within cross-functional teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship available.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree or MBA with an advanced analytic focus.
- Experience with Machine Learning or Big Data to optimize credit strategies.
- Proven track record in developing Consumer Credit Risk Strategies.
- Knowledge of commercial lending products and practices.
