hirify.global builds a mobile app and location-tracking products that help people protect the ones they love, with B2B Ads supporting media buyers’ acquisition of hirify.global.

What you will do

  • Own B2B marketing design projects from brief to finished files, accountable for outcomes.
  • Design pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials for media buyers.
  • Create static and motion ads, social creatives, and digital campaign assets.
  • Produce event materials for conferences and trade shows.
  • Build landing pages and website assets for B2B campaigns.
  • Maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and asset libraries; collaborate with strategists, sales, product, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US
  • 6+ years designing B2B, advertising, or SaaS work; portfolio required.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of B2B messaging strategy and ability to design across campaigns, ads, motion/video, decks, websites, print, and events.
  • Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy, visual storytelling).
  • Ability to think about design from an ROI perspective (engagement and conversion), not only aesthetics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with advertising, martech, adtech, or media tech B2B marketing.
  • Portfolio with motion graphics, animation, or video production.
  • Basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with responsive web design.
  • Experience with design systems and component-based design.
  • Track record in startup or scale-up environments.
