What you will do

  • Own go-to-market strategy and positioning for hirify.global Ads across Direct and Self-serve, including audience/data products, programmatic, CTV, online video, and native.
  • Build messaging frameworks and category narrative that stay consistent across surfaces, sellers, and sales materials.
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap and launch readiness; define packaging and commercialization with Sales and Revenue.
  • Lead end-to-end launch plans for new ad products and capabilities across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Partnerships, Sales, and Comms.
  • Create sales collateral (one-sheets, pitch decks, case studies, FAQs, training) and equip teams with market and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct customer and market research, establish KPIs, and use qualitative feedback to iterate on product-market fit.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote within the US
  • 8+ years of experience with a strong B2B product marketing background.
  • Deep AdTech and/or MarTech experience, including hands-on familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, measurement, identity, targeting, attribution, and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Proven track record bringing technical advertising products to market and driving adoption.
  • Demonstrated command of programmatic advertising, Connected TV, online video, and native, plus audience and data products.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct ownership.

Hiring process

  • Final compensation is determined based on background and experience; salary range is provided for the US-based role.

Salary: $118,000–$171,000 (US-based range)
