Location: Must be based in Canada
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 CAD annually plus commissions

What you will do
- Proactively manage the implementation phase for assigned enterprise customers to ensure successful product adoption.
- Facilitate training webinars and provide ongoing education to help customers achieve long-term success.
- Collaborate with account managers and technical specialists to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage support tickets and inquiries via Zendesk, email, and phone.
- Collect and document product feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Track all customer interactions and activities with precision in the CRM.
Requirements
- Must be located in Canada and eligible to work there without visa sponsorship.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Experience with mobile devices (iPads, tablets, smartphones) is a plus.
