TL;DR

Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Managing end-to-end customer implementation journeys for the Education vertical with an accent on data migration, relationship management, and platform training. Focus on coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure a smooth transition to Xplor and achieving successful go-live milestones for new clients.

Location: Must be based in Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in Melbourne CBD office).

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer implementations simultaneously over a 7–10 week journey.
• Build trusted relationships by managing expectations and keeping customers engaged throughout the transition.
• Coordinate data migration activities using Excel and internal import tools.
• Guide customers through the platform, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend best-practice usage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, Account Management, and Support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation while managing your own project calendar.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen or have valid work rights in Australia.
• 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role, ideally within a SaaS or technology business.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a confident phone manner.
