What you will do

• Develop and maintain test programs for complex client systems.
• Synthesize customer requirements into actionable system test solutions.
• Solve hardware/software interface problems and define I/O parameters.
• Lead a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers.
• Perform analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Coordinate testing activities across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership experience in hardware/software integration.
• Proficiency in developing test programs using PAWS ATLAS, NI TestStand, or LabWindows CVI.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if converted to full-time.
