What you will do

• Manage and control program priorities, scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Derive system-level integration and test requirements based on mission needs.
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies for technical risks.
• Define test plans, approaches, and detailed procedures for complex systems.
• Mentor and teach best practices to less experienced engineering staff.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and program leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• 7-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or higher preferred).
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with qualification/acceptance testing, EMI, GPS, vibration, shock, pressure, temperature, or optics.
• Experience automating and optimizing test infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DOORS, SysML, LabView, MATLAB, Linux, or Python.
