What you will do

• Manage a high-volume litigation docket across multiple jurisdictions, tracking deadlines, budgets, outside counsel activity, and key milestones.
• Coordinate document collection, discovery responses, productions, and litigation holds; support pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Serve as a primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Design and maintain systems for tracking litigation matters, metrics, and case outcomes; build dashboards and recurring executive reporting.
• Analyze litigation data to identify trends, risks, and operational improvements; generate executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Leverage legal technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve litigation workflows, playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures, including eDiscovery and information management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• Minimum 7 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, discovery obligations, and litigation support processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting).
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms, litigation management systems, and legal technology tools.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
