What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and deploy scalable cloud and on-premise integration solutions following best practices.
• Work with customers to gather requirements, run fit/gap analyses, manage expectations, and deliver product demos and training.
• Deliver customer training both in-person and remotely, and update training materials as features and needs evolve.
• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues using root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on timeline, scope, and risk mitigation alignment.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge-base/training materials, and feed customer feedback into product enhancements.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years working with Java-based applications.
• 2+ years in an architecture or technical consulting role focused on integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Expertise in AWS or GCP and experience with integration platforms (e.g., hirify.global, MuleSoft, Talend, TIBCO Informatica).
• Functional knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Java.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications.
