What you will do
- Deliver senior-level technical configuration and, when needed, programming for solutions.
- Perform process, data, and object modeling across application and database environments.
- Lead database design, development, enhancements, and change coordination for existing applications.
- Provide technical architecture leadership and drive analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
- Manage end-to-end system lifecycle for small to large projects, including business analysis and user needs analysis.
- Supervise junior client staff or subcontracted personnel assigned to project teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a technical (e.g., CS/IS/EE) or business (e.g., Marketing/MIS) field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements.
- Experience varies by specialization: implementation (technology + analysis + business rapport), business optimization (call center KPIs and best practices), education & enablement (training/speaking to large audiences), or engineering services (software engineering, programming, integration, and/or databases).
- Analytical, inquisitive, service- and team-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to present professionally and manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
