What you will do

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture standards across applications, data, security, and infrastructure.
• Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, assessing technology estates and defining integration strategies.
• Drive the multi-year transformation roadmap across ERP, DC technology, data platforms, and corporate systems.
• Act as the design authority for major initiatives, producing reference architectures and integration patterns.
• Conduct structured research and evaluations of enterprise platforms to inform strategic build vs. buy decisions.
• Oversee architectural governance, tracking technical debt and ensuring compliance with audit and SOX expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale systems change as a hands-on enterprise architect.
• Proven track record leading technical due diligence and post-merger integration for technology acquisitions.
• Expertise in integration pattern design, including API strategies and data migration approaches.
• Experience evaluating and comparing enterprise platforms such as ERPs and data platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical designs into simple explanations for executives.
• Must be based in London
