What you will do

  • Provide regional oversight of QA/QC activities for CEMS and Data Acquisition Systems (DAS).
  • Coordinate and supervise audit activities, including quarterly cylinder gas audits, opacity audits, and annual RATAs.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize system reliability.
  • Oversee all hardware and software upgrades to CEMS and DAS configurations.
  • Conduct semi-annual on-site inspections to verify system configuration and documentation accuracy.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide regular status reports on system performance.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CEMS or emissions compliance systems.
  • Working knowledge of CEMS regulations, specifically 40 CFR Part 60 and Appendix F.
  • Experience with DAS validation and emissions data review.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with plant personnel and regulatory representatives.
