Product Manager (Pega)

What you will do

• Implement a multi-year product strategy for Pega, including system upgrades and improvements.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, ROI, and technical feasibility.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate business pain points into functional requirements and user stories.
• Partner with Pega Architects to ensure solutions leverage out-of-the-box functionality.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls through proper documentation and testing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management within enterprise software, CRM, or BPM.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices, and cloud deployment models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a customer-service approach.
• Ability to work autonomously with a high sense of accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Pega Platform or Pega certifications (CPBA, CSA).
• Experience managing products within a Finance function.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience using Figma for mock-ups.
• Music industry experience.
