What you will do

• Manage indirect spend and coordinate daily purchasing activities across multiple US service center locations.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while monitoring performance and accountability.
• Analyze indirect spend patterns to drive improvements through vendor consolidation and SKU reduction.
• Manage RFQs, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely material delivery via proactive follow-up.
• Contribute to procurement system enhancements in JDE to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and resolve invoice discrepancies through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, buying, or procurement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards or NetSuite.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mesquite, Texas.

• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
