What you will do

• Develop detailed schedules and coordinate assigned projects from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resource managers, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
• Track, monitor, and report project progress, budgets, timelines, quality, risks, and other constraints.
• Lead status meetings and ensure effective communication of project information.
• Maintain, control, and distribute product specifications.
• Manage non-technical project completion from an internal customer perspective.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in engineering, operations, product management, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of project management tools, processes, and budgeting.
• Ability to analyze rules and regulations and respond to internal or external inquiries.
• Strong oral and written interpersonal skills, including issue resolution and conflict management.
• Ability to motivate employees and manage resources through cross-functional teams; the role has no direct reports.
