Technical Project Manager (iGaming)

Location: Malta

hirify.global is an iGaming business with approximately 1,700 employees across seven offices, including around 900 people based at its Malta headquarters.

What you will do

• Lead tactical and strategic projects supporting long-term technology transformation.
• Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Plan, budget, coordinate, document, and monitor projects to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources, technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage project risks, requirements, deliverables, financial impact, resourcing, and escalations.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, status updates, team meetings, and the removal of delivery roadblocks.

Requirements

• Solid IT technical background and broad understanding of technology transformation.
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Ability to drive projects through ambiguous and complex situations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Recognized project management certification such as PRINCE2 or Sigma.
