What you will do

• Own the content slate by greenlighting and shaping 5–10 concurrent series.
• Manage the writers' room and script review process, focusing on hooks and cliffhangers.
• Define and enforce the production playbook, including timelines and milestones.
• Lead, grow, and recruit a team of directors and writers from the vertical drama ecosystem.
• Translate platform performance data into actionable creative direction.
• Collaborate with AI Content and tech teams to improve production tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in short-form or episodic content, with 2–3 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling vertical drama at a known player.
• Expertise across the full production arc, from writing to post-production.
• Deep knowledge of vertical drama mechanics, including genres, casting, and trailer formulas.
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, or Seedance.
• English: Perfectly fluent (C1+) required.
