What you will do

• Edit end-to-end performance ads for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV, from first assembly to final delivery.
• Construct narratives with a focus on high-converting hooks, precise pacing, and strong CTAs.
• Iterate rapidly on video assets based on real-time performance data and creative feedback.
• Handle motion graphics, basic color grading, and audio mixing to deliver polished, platform-ready assets.
• Leverage AI editing tools and generative workflows to accelerate production output.
• Maintain an efficient editing pipeline, managing project files and version control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, specifically in performance or direct-response creative.
• Deep fluency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut, and proficiency in After Effects.
• Strong instincts for performance editing (hooks, pacing, and conversion).
• Ability to operate at high volume while maintaining strict quality and brand standards.
• Active use or experimentation with AI-assisted editing tools.
• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada.
