What you will do

  • Monitor and assess credit profiles of assigned customers to ensure ongoing asset quality.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to support loan portfolio growth and manage customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular reviews of borrower financial statements, pro forma statements, and stress testing.
  • Identify and capture cross-sell opportunities for loan and bank products to enhance profitability.
  • Ensure timely completion of renewals, extensions, and annual reviews.
  • Present proposed credit actions in written analysis and verbally to Senior Credit Officers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7 years of Credit Analysis or Credit products underwriting experience (or 10+ years of equivalent work experience).
  • Extensive knowledge of credit principles, lending functions, and loan documentation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of intermediate accounting theory, including GAAP and cash/accrual accounting.
  • Advanced PC and spreadsheet software skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
