Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Support the design and management of multi-sector fixed income portfolios for insurance clients.
  • Translate investment guidelines and regulatory constraints into actionable portfolio construction inputs.
  • Execute portfolio rebalancing, cash deployment, and trade implementation.
  • Perform relative value analysis across public and private fixed income asset classes.
  • Monitor portfolios for guideline compliance, capital usage, and performance attribution.
  • Prepare investment reviews, portfolio commentary, and responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in fixed income portfolio management or analytics.
  • Working knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks (NAIC RBC, SAP, GAAP).
  • Strong foundation in public and private fixed income markets.
  • Progress toward or completion of the CFA designation strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
