What you will do
- Support the design and management of multi-sector fixed income portfolios for insurance clients.
- Translate investment guidelines and regulatory constraints into actionable portfolio construction inputs.
- Execute portfolio rebalancing, cash deployment, and trade implementation.
- Perform relative value analysis across public and private fixed income asset classes.
- Monitor portfolios for guideline compliance, capital usage, and performance attribution.
- Prepare investment reviews, portfolio commentary, and responses to client inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in fixed income portfolio management or analytics.
- Working knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks (NAIC RBC, SAP, GAAP).
- Strong foundation in public and private fixed income markets.
- Progress toward or completion of the CFA designation strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
