What you will do

• Maximize total return through operational efficiencies, value-add, and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Oversee third-party property managers, leasing agents, budgets, and lease approvals.
• Negotiate new leases, renewals, and third-party contracts.
• Perform property inspections, maintain tenant relationships, and develop new prospects.
• Prepare portfolio reporting and perform quarterly/annual valuations with financial analysts.
• Manage capital improvements, construction oversight, ad-hoc analysis, and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with acquisition team on evaluating investment opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, real estate or related; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years in commercial real estate asset management, principal-based leasing, urban retail centers.
• Strong financial analysis, asset-level statements, lease metrics, real estate accounting.
• Knowledge of design/construction processes; experience with Yardi, MS Office 365, Excel (Argus a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects; exceptional communication skills.
• Comfortable in collaborative environment; 30% travel.
