What you will do

  • Compile, process, and analyze sales and asset data for incentive calculations.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of global sales incentive plans.
  • Calculate and submit monthly sales incentive accruals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and management regarding incentive inquiries.
  • Coordinate incentive data for budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain participant records, including HR information and licensing status.

Requirements

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of finance experience in management reporting, forecasting, and decision modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Must be able to work from the Atlanta office 4 days per week.
