What you will do
- Compile, process, and analyze sales and asset data for incentive calculations.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of global sales incentive plans.
- Calculate and submit monthly sales incentive accruals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and management regarding incentive inquiries.
- Coordinate incentive data for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain participant records, including HR information and licensing status.
Requirements
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of finance experience in management reporting, forecasting, and decision modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Must be able to work from the Atlanta office 4 days per week.
