What you will do

• Lead AI-native transformation initiatives and own technical workstreams end-to-end across engineering teams.
• Develop internal AI tooling, SDKs, and automation frameworks to accelerate organizational adoption.
• Design AI-assisted SDLC practices, agent workflows, and author technical specifications.
• Architect reusable enablement patterns, templates, and reference implementations.
• Provide technical leadership via architectural guidance, code reviews, and hands-on pairing.
• Operate across the full SDLC from requirements and architecture through to deployment and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.
• Must be based in or able to work in Austin, TX.
• Strong experience designing and implementing scalable systems, platforms, or developer infrastructure.
• Broad generalist programming skills across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks.
