What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, designing and validating scalable solutions on the hirify.global platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution scoping, demonstrations, and proof of concepts for high-value customer programs.
• Operationalize emerging workflows involving ground robotics, docked drones, and AI agents.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into roadmap improvements and product features.
• Guide customers through complex hardware, connectivity, and interoperability considerations.
• Develop technical playbooks, documentation, and enablement assets to scale the Solutions team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
• Background in ground robotics, quadrupeds, mobile robots, or embodied AI systems.
• Proficiency with Python, ROS, or similar robotics integration tools.
• Knowledge of connectivity, networking, power systems, and hardware/software interoperability.
• Proven history of leading technical discovery and deployments across pre-sales and post-sales motions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
