Location: Remote: Must reside in the Western Region (Pacific and Mountain Time Zones preferred)

Base Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver sales presentations and execute Proof of Value (POV) events to demonstrate product value.
• Partner with Product Sales Specialists to develop and execute strategies to drive pipeline growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical questions during initial sales calls.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the field team to create demos, presentations, and selling artifacts.
• Document interesting use cases via blog posts and product documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security solutions in customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully selling into new and existing customers (landing and expanding).
• Must reside in the Western Region of the USA (Pacific and Mountain Time Zones preferred).
• Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combined with 3-5 years of customer-facing experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
