What you will do
- Act as a primary point of contact for consumers, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Assist with transaction inquiries, authentication, and verification via email and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical payment issues.
- Collaborate with Merchant Service, AML, Fraud, and Finance teams to resolve complex cases.
- Continuously improve internal support procedures and processes.
- Work towards individual and team-based performance targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2C support.
- Strong understanding of online payments and experience in Payments, E-commerce, or Financial Services.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or German.
