What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to partners and customers across Northern and Eastern Europe.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
• Manage customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and a web-based ticketing system.
• Assist customers with product system navigation and initial installation guidance.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying technical problems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving product portfolio.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in English is required.
• Practical experience working in the IT industry and customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical foundation.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Lund, Sweden.
