What you will do
- Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to partners and customers across Northern and Eastern Europe.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
- Manage customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and a web-based ticketing system.
- Assist customers with product system navigation and initial installation guidance.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying technical problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving product portfolio.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in English is required.
- Practical experience working in the IT industry and customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical foundation.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Lund, Sweden.
