What you will do

• Lead the technical roadmap for modernizing enterprise platforms using API-first design and microservices.
• Design and deploy resilient, low-latency, event-driven solutions across the full service lifecycle.
• Drive engineering quality through code reviews, TDD/BDD practices, and technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Architects to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.
• Manage service health using observability tools and integrate AI-powered solutions for performance optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on production-grade microservices.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Go, or Rust.
• Expertise in distributed data patterns (CQRS, Event Sourcing) and event-driven communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design and scaling.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Service Mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd.
• Practical knowledge of chaos engineering and advanced performance testing.
• Active contributions to open-source projects.
