Salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do

• Build highly fault-tolerant microservices to enhance the Fusion product ecosystem
• Support ultra-high volume Kafka event pipelines managing customer workflows
• Work with technologies including Apache Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Redis
• Collaborate on cross-team platform-level initiatives and architectural projects
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and implement scalable solutions

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA
• 7+ years of overall technical experience with 5+ years in event-driven microservices
• Expert knowledge of Go, Scala, Java, Node.js, or Python
• Proven expertise in building distributed systems and REST APIs
• Production experience with commercial clouds like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience developing applications using SQL and No-SQL databases

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Knative or similar serverless infrastructure frameworks
• Contributions to open source projects
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry
