Sr. Software Engineer - Cloud (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Sr. Software Engineer - Cloud (Cybersecurity): Developing new features for the Identity product group within a large-scale distributed cloud platform with an accent on reliability and scaling. Focus on building cloud-deployed applications, designing distributed system architectures, and mentoring junior engineers.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in or able to work from New York, NY, Sunnyvale, CA, Redmond, WA, or Austin, TX (2 days per week in office)

Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year

• Develop new features for the Identity product group.
• Build and launch large, distributed systems in a team-centric environment.
• Collaborate closely with UI and Sensor teams to integrate functionality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Go, Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
• 4+ years of experience in architecture and design patterns, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Proven experience building cloud-deployed applications.
• BS/BE in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work from a US office (NY, Sunnyvale, Redmond, or Austin) 2 days per week.
