What you will do

• Architect an end-to-end automation platform that orchestrates package creation, test generation, and image building.
• Develop LLM-integrated agentic pipelines for manifest generation, test scaffolding, and validation.
• Write production-grade Go code for CLI tools, services, and integrations.
• Create quality tooling, including test generators and validation frameworks, to improve customer reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to shape the technical roadmap and identify high-impact problems.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience building complex systems.
• Strong expertise in Go.
• Experience building systems with AI/LLM integration, including prompt engineering and guardrails.
• Deep knowledge of Linux build systems (apk, apt, rpm, Bazel) and the container ecosystem (Docker, OCI, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to design scalable, loosely-coupled systems architectures.
• Must be based in Canada, the United States, or Europe.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Familiarity with software supply chain security (SBOM, provenance, signing).
• Experience with melange, apko, or Wolfi.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, FIPS, or STIG.
