What you will do

• Configure, test, and maintain AI agents (e.g., Coupa Navi) to automate invoice processing, payment batch creation, and reconciliation workflows.
• Troubleshoot AI agent performance to ensure alignment with business requirements and payment policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new agentic AI opportunities within the procure-to-pay lifecycle.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close, supporting annual audits and tax preparation.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including bank, investment, and credit card activity records.
• Maintain vendor accounts, oversee W9s and banking details, and support yearly 1099 tax filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Accounting.
• Proficiency with Macintosh computers, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Experience with ERP and P2P systems (Sage X3, Coupa, Ramp) is strongly preferred.
• Strong aptitude for configuring and managing agentic AI tools and rule-based automated systems.
• Must be able to work onsite in Alameda, CA.
