Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of active briefs across one or more business units from intake through delivery, ensuring tracking, resourcing, and delivery to agreed SLAs.
• Serve as the responsive day-to-day contact for marketing stakeholders, communicating clearly on timelines, creative scope, and delivery.
• Use OMG to raise, track, and close briefs; maintain up-to-date project status and proactively flag potential bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Integrated Project Managers in Mexico City to manage dependencies and ensure production milestones are met.
• Prepare weekly status reports and QBR documentation under the guidance of the Business Director.
• Review briefs for completeness and clarity, escalate ambiguities, and track scope changes, version control issues, and resourcing risks.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, client services, or project management in a creative, marketing, or content production environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail or momentum.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction at marketing manager and director level.
• Familiarity with project management/workflow systems (e.g., OMG, Workfront, Asana).
• Understanding of creative production workflows (briefing, resourcing, review, delivery) in a multi-channel content environment.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with nearshore colleagues in Mexico City.
