What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for high-impact projects with multiple dependencies to drive business growth.
• Lead Snap-Managed and AI production for multi-format or complex innovation campaigns.
• Define and communicate clear timelines and processes to ensure quality and efficiency across vendors, advertisers, and internal teams.
• Manage external vendors to deliver on agreed scope of work while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Recommend and implement improvements to project management workflows to boost operational excellence.
• Mentor Producers and provide strategic input on vertical and market production strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Keynote, Google suite, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Must be able to work from the Los Angeles office 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working with advertising clients or influencer marketing/talent management agencies.
• Familiarity with augmented reality and video trends.
• Understanding of the current social media and Creator landscape.
• Experience working in Salesforce.
