Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 • Offers Equity

Company

hirify.global is a navigational intelligence company developing Pulsar, a high-precision PNT satellite infrastructure in Low Earth Orbit.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and optimize RF antennas for GNSS systems, covering spacecraft payloads and ground monitoring systems.
  • Perform 3D EM simulations using Ansys HFSS to optimize array performance, scan volume, and impedance matching.
  • Lead trades between analog, digital, and hybrid beamforming approaches to meet SWaP and thermal constraints.
  • Interpret PCBA schematics and layout drawings using ECAD tools such as Altium.
  • Conduct hands-on RF testing and calibrations using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
  • Analyze RF test data to assess performance against design requirements and support off-site testing events.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of RF engineering experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or other protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
  • Expertise in RF design across L-Band, S-Band, and C-Band.
  • Experience with space RF electronics, including knowledge of multipaction and PIM.
  • Proficiency with Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS.
  • Proven track record of taking complex antenna systems from initial concept through to production and deployment in space applications.

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge and experience with GNSS systems.
  • Experience with the design of feed networks, polarizers, or waveguides.
  • Familiarity with RFIC/MMIC technologies and array calibration techniques/algorithms.

Culture & Benefits

  • Opportunity to build the world's most advanced PNT satellite infrastructure.
  • Fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-team collaborative environment.
  • Competitive compensation package including equity.
  • Commitment to diversity and an inclusive work environment.
