Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 Annually

What you will do

• Perform systems engineering functions, including requirements management, assignment, and verification & validation.
• Support complete site build-out from site survey and design through installation, testing, and operations.
• Conduct face-to-face customer testing efforts for RF communications and network interfaces.
• Collaborate with global technical and program teams to implement long-term space-ground communication solutions.
• Operationalize multiple ground stations at CONUS and global locations to support civil and commercial missions.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and eligibility to maintain a US DoD SECRET Clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience supporting RF systems, hardware integration, or technical site development.
• Experience with on-site installation, backend integration, racking, cabling, and antenna systems acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with Satellite Ground Systems Design, including antennas, modems, timing, and amplifiers.
• Proficiency with RF lab test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSEE/ME preferred) or 5 years of equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Networking knowledge including SDWAN, MPLS, VLANs, subnetting, and IPv4/6.
• CCNA certification or equivalent experience in routing and switching.
