What you will do
- Own day-to-day delivery of multiple influencer campaigns across several brands, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
- Act as the single point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams, keeping stakeholders aligned and resolving issues early.
- Build and defend creator pricing using CPV and projected performance; negotiate creator fees and added-value assets to protect margin.
- Manage casting and creator lifecycle: source, brief, contract, handle usage rights, and ensure disclosure compliance.
- Track and optimize performance (CPV, reach, engagement, conversion) using ’s platform and analytics, and deliver reliable daily reporting.
- Use ’s AI-native workflows to generate campaign insights that feed the product and improve account execution.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work for candidates based in Spain, France, Italy, or Portugal
- German: Fluent/native-level (written and spoken)
- English: Fluent/native-level (written and spoken)
- Agency experience running influencer/creator campaigns (non-negotiable) and a strong KPI/performance mindset.
- CPV fluency and strong Excel/data skills (formulas, pivots, building trackers).
- Ability to work EST hours and 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing/creator & talent management or campaign/project management.
Nice to have
- Fluency in an additional DACH or Nordic language (e.g., French, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).
