What you will do

• Conduct daily proactive sales calls to new and existing representatives to find selling opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen representative relationships to drive repeat production.
• Prospect for new business and pass qualified leads to External Wholesalers.
• Act as a product expert, providing education and competitive analysis to representatives.
• Maintain representative profiles and sales activity in internal databases.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize territory growth.

Requirements

• Series 6, Series 63, and Life & Health license are required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in insurance or investment sales.
• Must be based in the USA to meet licensing and benefit requirements.
• Strong professional oral and written communication skills.
