Compensation: $11,705.58 - $18,265.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Formulate and maintain a campus Capital Priorities Strategy aligned with long-term master plans.
- Lead facilities and space planning services for faculties, administrative, and ancillary departments.
- Direct project services, including feasibility planning, cost estimating, design, and construction oversight.
- Oversee project governance and steering committees to ensure effective decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies and the City of Kelowna.
- Develop and motivate a high-performing team through effective selection, appraisal, and succession planning.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Community Planning, Urban Planning, or Business.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in capital development, project management, or facilities planning.
- Eligible for professional registration as an Engineer (EGBC) or Architect (AIBC).
- Comprehensive knowledge of institutional capital planning, budgeting, and construction management.
- Proven experience presenting information at the Board and Executive level.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
