What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI use case pipeline from intake to production deployment.
• Conduct structured workflow assessments to identify high-potential areas for AI integration.
• Design and evaluate AI solutions, including build-vs-buy recommendations and vendor assessments.
• Govern the AI tool stack, ensuring security, privacy, and cost-per-outcome visibility.
• Partner with functional directors to translate AI initiatives into measurable operational results.
• Maintain executive reporting on active use cases, status, and business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or automation delivery.
• Proven track record of moving AI or workflow automation initiatives from discovery to production.
• Hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• Strong ability to map current-state workflows and design future-state operational improvements.
• Excellent written communication skills for business cases and executive updates.
• Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.

• Experience running AI programs across multiple functions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI governance in data-sensitive or PII-adjacent environments.
• Background in cloud infrastructure, storage, or technical B2B businesses.
